Seacrets Policies
Seacrets Hotel Policies:
- All guests of Seacrets Hotel must be 21 or older. This also includes NO children or infants.
- When you book a reservation online your credit card will be charged the grand total. Effective: 2012
- A hold is put on your credit card at check in for $150, and is released at departure after your room has been inspected. Effective: 2012
- Check in is between the hours of 3pm- 9pm. Effective 2012
- Check out is at 11am.
- No pets.
- Maximum number of guests per room: One Bedroom Suite- 4 people, Two Bedroom Suite- 6 people. Per Town of Ocean City Fire Marshal regulations.
- All rooms are non-smoking. There is a $50 smoking fee if the rooms smell like smoke at departure.
- Two keys per room. If you would like an extra key to use during your stay there is a $10 fee.
- We kindly request at the end of your stay that you remove the trash in your rooms. Receptacles are available outside of each building. If the room is left in unacceptable conditions there is a $150 cleaning fee.
- Excessive noise and/ or partying is prohibited.
- Destruction/ damage of property above the $150 hold. The credit card on file will be charge for any damages to the property upon departure.
Please Note: Seacrets Hotel has the right to evict anyone at anytime from the property, with no refund.
